This is a word document which you can save to your computer or print off. Text in red - the website can be used for the rider schedule, the programme, any late information and then the results after the event, you need to email this info to the website using the contact us button and it will save you having to print off, fold up and send out this to competitors. Not all will want to use this so there will still be some to do. The general info can be used for anything you wish to be included in the regs in TSM. Remember to cut out the bits in red you do not want.

The classes in the event, and the championship classes you want, leave as they are, and delete those that you do not want. Do not re-letter the classes as this will ensure that every class has a consistent letter assigned to it throughout the season.

This is an interactive word document which you can save to your computer or print off. Fill all the bits in that are requested and save it or print it off.

Both of these documents are required to be with the SE permit secretary before you will be granted and sent a permit for your event. The permit secretary will forward them to TSM for inclusion in the correct month. Email the two forms ken@kenpiles.wanadoo.co.uk or put them in the post - the email is far better to avoid postal delays.
