South Eastern Centre Board Meeting

The next Board Meeting and Centre AGM will be on 14th March 2012 at The Forman Institute

Any member of a club in the South Eastern Centre is welcome to attend the Board Meeting and have a chance to participate in, or just listen to the discussion that takes place about our sport in the South East. As there are many aspects in today's society that can influence how, when and where we are able to run the four types of motorcycle sporting event that take place in our area, this is the meeting to attend and find out. The four sports are; Enduro, Grass Track, Motocross and Trials.

Each sport has its own committee to co-ordinate the clubs that run events and they also meet regularly during the year. On the website you will find details for the Trials meetings and the rules that we work to.

The single Board Meeting is held at The Forman Institute, Cottenhams, Off the A22 in Blindley Heath, Surrey with a start time of 7.30pm. Cottenhams has a telephone box on the corner and the Institute is the building on the right as you turn in with good parking. The entrance to the building is the brown door at the back and the bar is straight ahead as you enter, with the meeting room upstairs.

                    South Eastern Centre Management Meetings

Any member of a club in the South Eastern Centre is welcome, by invitation as an observer, to attend the Management meetings which start at 7.00pm at The Forman Institute. You need to apply to the Centre Secretary Peter Burrell via the 'Contact Us' button on this website, with your request giving your name and club. If there is a specific point you wish to raise this should be taken up first at your combine meeting and the delegate would then bring it to the next Management meeting, which you can attend if you wish by invitation.
